2018 | Fuel Station of the Future | Warsaw

location: Warsaw

We decided to design a fuel station of the future to define how we think about these types of facilities. Properly speaking, this is a functional hybrid. Apart from the distribution of traditional fuels and fuels belonging to the automotive industry’s future, it can also serve pedestrians, cyclists and motorboats. We resolved to break down the current models of fuel stations into their basic parts and reassemble them while harnessing all our knowledge concerning ergonomics, modern users’ needs, new technologies to communicate with customers, the principles of energy conservation and environmental protection and concern for public space.

Architects: Marcin Hyżyński, Agnieszka Krzysztonek, Maciej Kuryłowicz
Statics: SPQ Projekt, PKB Meronk
