This class AA mixed-used office and service building is located in the very center of the city of Białystok. It is the first building in a building complex designed in this venue. As it is situated in a heavily degraded quarter spatially, this building sharply contrasts with the preexisting urban planning mess. The idea was to structure and enrich the downtown district as much as possible by creating passages and high quality public space surrounding the building and designing a high quality office building.
